No...And the mystic wont be able to spam MA\NB either.
I believe link was saying they were going to revert the changes to overcasting.

See, this is why getting the developers to actually balance things is a double-edged sword. They are planning to turn using the detect hidden skill into an aggressive act. If you are a blue and the person you are trying to reveal is blue, you have a 0% chance of revealing them.
