New Menu & Image Resizing Fixed

I have created a new menu system which cleans up all the links from the top and pushing the search box down. You can now access several sections of your control panel directly from the menu. All the special search options that used to be on the index are in the search sub-menu, so you can access them from any page on the forum. Let me know what you think of the new menu.

Also the image resizing was fixed. Images are now scaled down to fit the forum. Click on the image for a full size light box view. Click the image again to close the light box.

I fixed an issue in Internet Explorer 8 which caused the Gold and Logout buttons to appear below the search box.

The link wasn't showing up because of a permission issue. It now shows for everyone.

The forum time is now correct for logged out users. If the time is incorrect for you then you don't have your time zone set correctly or have not activated your daylight savings time option. Look under board preferences in your user control panel.
